Step 2: When the client asks for sports game tickets, you can respond with “Happy to help with that! I need to gather some details from you.”

Step 3: Once you gather the information from the client, let them know that we will gather pricing and reach out via email (or by phone if they prefer) with pricing options.

Step 4: Select an option on how to get pricing information for tickets.

For any ticket inquiry: Reach out to our ticket sales contact, Warren Schreiber at [email protected] Send an email with the ticket details and he will respond with available ticket information.

For Yankees Ticket inquiry: Reach out to Yankees contact, Kyle Hutchinson at [email protected] Send an email with the ticket details and he will respond with available ticket information.

Step 5: Once you have pricing details, include that in an email to send to the client. See example email below:

Let me know if you’d like to move forward with any of these options. The next step would be that I provide you with a payment link for the tickets. Once payment is received, we process the order and send you the electronic tickets and include any other details/instructions from the theater.

Step 9: When you receive confirmation from the guest that they would like to move forward, request a payment link from Jackie or Liseth. Enter it in the guest request channel in Slack. Please include see the example:

Step 10: Once you have the payment link, send to the guest.

Step 11: When payment has been submitted, contact ticket agent to move forward with transaction. When ticket agent asks where to send tickets, please have them sent to [email protected] When you receive the e-tickets, send them to the client and be sure to include stadium location. See email example below:

Click on the link to get your ticket and be ready to show your phone when you enter the theatre.

This mobile ticket is your ticket to the show. Keep it safe like any other ticket. The unique barcode on each ticket is only valid for one entry.
