Airport Transportation Request
Step 1: Greet the client/caller, “Thank you for calling ABCVIP / Botelho / ABCVIP FOR MLB, this is (your name)”
Step 2: When the client asks for airport transportation, you can respond with “Happy to help with airport transportation! We offer private airport transportation from any airport to hotels in Manhattan.” Ask the client which airport and whether they need one way or roundtrip transportation. Provide the price from the table below.
Step 3: When providing pricing, also mention that once ride/s is/are booked, they will receive a confirmation via email and will receive driver name and number 12-24 hours prior to the reservation. We monitor all rides to ensure they are on time, etc.
Step 4: When the client confirms that they want to move forward with the provided option, ask “Great! You are welcome to book it directly from our site, I’m happy to email you that information or I can help book it now if that works for you?”
Step 5: Gather their information using the form below. If they prefer to receive an email, ONLY ENTER the required fields. If they want to book with you, complete all fields on BOTH forms.

Step 1: When a reservation is submitted in ABCVIP, an email with details is sent to the Experience Team Gmail with the order is also sent to our transportation partner. An example of an email is below.

Below are the details for the roundtrip airport transportation. I will also circulate calendar invites along with details. The day before the trips, we will provide the driver’s phone number so you can be in direct contact with them at the time of service.

Step 3: Add calendar invites to the Experience Team calendar and invite the client in order for them to receive reminders. Add the details of the email sent to client.
Step 4: Once the driver is assigned, send details to client. And add to the calendar invite as well. All updates will come to the Experience Team email in order for us to monitor the status of when the driver is on their way and when the client is picked-up and dropped-off (these statuses do not need to be sent to the client but are helpful in case they reach out to ask about their ride).
