NYC Attraction Booking

Step 1: Greet the client/caller, “Thank you for calling ABCVIP / Botelho / ABCVIP FOR MLB, this is (your name)”

Step 2: When the client asks for top NYC attractions, you can respond with “Happy to help with that! I need to gather some details from you.”

Step 3: Once you gather the information from the client, let them know that we offer a package where they can select the number of activities they want to book (link below). We’ve also sorted it by location to help guest manage their time in the big city! You can go through the product page and offer to send them the link via email.

Step 4: When an order comes in, it will show the breakdown of attractions the guest selected. See example below: 

 

Step 5: The order shows that the guest selected a single attraction, The Empire State Building, under Create Your Own Package for two guests. Make note of the attraction, number of guests, date and time the guest selected.

Step 6: Check the How To Order spreadsheet (in Attractions Tab) for attraction order instructions and logins (below). For the Empire State Building, instructions start at A73. 

PLEASE NOTE: If guest order includes several attractions, check whether they are all available via NY Sightseeing Attractions first as they can be bundled to a single price.

Step 7: When submitting an order through attraction portals, be sure to add [email protected] to receive e-tickets, etc. This way the guest receives only one confirmation email from us (and also minimizes any confusion).

Step 8: Once e-tickets are received, input them into a Canva design with attraction times and additional information. Below are two examples of the template found here.
Step 9: Add information to the Canva template and be sure to cover any pricing details. Also include attraction address and any instructions that may be helpful for the guest to make their experience seamless (for example, for Statue of Liberty, there is a airport level security check point).

Step 10: Once tickets are complete, download as a PDF to send to the guest. See below for email snippet.
