How do I make a Wish List?
Your Wish List is located in your personal Account menu. You must have a shopDisney account and must be signed in to use this feature. To find your Wish List, just click on the heart-shaped icon in the top right corner of any page. This icon is located next to the “My Bag” icon. You may also personalize your Wish List by clicking on “Select Your Theme” located under the main banner on this page and clicking on a theme from the options listed there. To add items to your Wish List, just click on the “Add to Wish List” button located under the “Add to Bag” button on any product page. You can find this button on the right side of the product page next to the image of the product. You may also add items to your Wish List during the checkout process. When looking at the items in your bag on the “My Bag” page, you can click on “Save For Later” to add that item to your Wish List. This option is located under the item name and to the right of the product image.

What payment types can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal/PayPal – Pay Later (US only), Disney Rewards redemption, Diners Club, Discover, Disney Gift Cards and Click to Pay.

You may apply up to 5 Disney Gift Cards for your purchase. If the balance of your Disney Gift Cards doesn’t cover the total of your purchase a credit card will also be required
When using a Disney Gift Card, only a credit card can be applied/combined for your purchase
A credit card is required when using your Disney Rewards Redemption Card
When selecting Click to Pay or PayPal/PayPal – Pay later other payment methods are not able to be applied
Click to Pay or PayPal/PayPal – Pay Later are only not able to be applied when ordering via phone

Is my item in stock?
Our merchandise may sell out at different rates.

Visit the product page for your desired item to see if it’s still in stock. If it’s not currently available, feel free to check back, or scroll to the bottom of the product page to view other recommendations.

New and replenished merchandise can appear on shopDisney at any time so be sure to check out New Arrivals. Stay in Touch with what’s news by signing up for emails or follow shopDisney on your favorite social media channel. At this time, we do not offer a waiting list for sold out items.

Do you have a Guest notification system for when certain items become available?

How do I get details about a product?
You may visit the product page and scroll to the bottom. Here will you find information about the item, including product reviews and delivery options.

If I buy large quantities, do I receive a discount?
Sorry, we do not currently offer discounts for purchasing in large quantities. But, be sure to check out our sales and special offers!

Are your products made in China?

Do you test your products on animals?
Items sold on shopDisney are not tested on animals.

Please know that product safety is a top priority, and all items sold on shopDisney are tested to meet or exceed applicable product safety laws and standards. shopDisney strives to exceed your expectations, as well as to provide your family with safe, high-quality Disney products.

Can I Ship My MagicBand to a Resort?
When ordering MagicBands that are associated with a Disney Resort Hotel stay, place your order via My Disney Experience at least 11 days before your arrival if you would like your MagicBands shipped to your home and at least 6 days before your arrival to have them shipped to your Resort hotel.

Does shopDisney carry the exact same items as the Disney Parks?
shopDisney carries a wide variety of Disney Parks Authentic Merchandise.
